These terms cover the game Sereniton (styled SERENITŌN in the app) and this website, both published by Brownberg LLC (“we”).

The game

Sereniton is a single-player puzzle game. When you install it, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it on your own devices. The game, its artwork, music, and code remain the property of Brownberg LLC. You may not resell the game, redistribute its assets, or present a modified copy as the original.

There are no accounts and nothing to upload. The current preview contains no live advertising or in-app purchase.

Future store features

If a later release adds payment or advertising, the store listing, these terms, and the privacy policy will be updated before that release. Any price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown by the platform store before purchase.

Fair expectations

We work to keep the game gentle, stable, safe, and honestly described. The game is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. It is designed for calm; it is not a medical device and makes no health claims.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim connected to the game or site is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with it and the new version replaces this one at the same address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
